3 Days trip from Marrakech to Merzouga

After breakfast, we’ll travel from Ouarzazet to Erg Chebbi Sahara Desert in Merzouga, observing Berber villages scattered along the way . Then we will continue to Dades Gorges though Roses and Dades Valley, After we pass through Todra Gorges, Tenhir, Tinjdad, Jorf and Erfoud, we’ll see the beginning of the Saharan Oasis of Tafilalet as we continue to a Hotel in Merzouga. Upon arriving at the hotel, you’ll have the opportunity to relax for a few minutes before collecting overnight necessities (requirements for the night in the desert). Other luggage can be left securely in your hotel room overnight. You will travel by camel, with your overnight supplies, on an adventure crossing the Erg Chebbi Sand Dunes, which provides a great opportunity to take lovely pictures of the sunset (and sunrise on the way back), weather permitting. Once we reach the camp, we will leave the camels and walk to the highest sand dunes for sand boarding and to watch the sunset. We will spend the night at camp, sleeping in Berber nomad tents, after enjoying a delicious meal and drum music by a campfire in the Sahara.

We will wake you up early morning to watch the sunrise in the dunes before riding the camels back to Merzouga. Back at the hotel, you can enjoy a refreshing shower and breakfast before we begin the journey back to Marrakech along a different route through Berber villages (Alnif, Tazarine, N’kob) to Ouarzazate. From Ouarzazate, we will take the same road back to Marrakech, arriving in the evening/night
